Pulse College collaboration with the Dublin Philharmonic Orchestra
During the MA in Scoring for Film & Visual Media program, all masters students will be invited to submit an original composition for review by the Dublin Philharmonic Orchestra and Pulse faculty. If selected, the winner / winners will have their work played live by the Dublin Philharmonic Orchestra which will include the composition in one of the Dublin Philharmonic Orchestra tour programs around the world. The challenge for the master’s students, is to compose a work for one or more Irish traditional instrumental soloists and orchestra, or a combination of a classical soloist with a Traditional Irish instrumental soloist.
