Pulse College offers one of the top courses of it’s kind in the world, with world renowned tutors and state of the art facilities through our Windmill Lane Recording Studios, where scores for films such as ‘The Talented Mr. Ripley’, ‘The Mask’ and ‘Mission Impossible’ have been recorded. Designed to harness the creative potential of future composers, this unique, one year programme is aimed at musicians, composers and engineers who want to develop the technical and musical skills necessary to work within this area.
The course is headed by acclaimed Dublin Philharmonic Orchestra Music Director Derek Gleeson (please click here for Derek’s full bio). You will also be taught by professionals from the Hollywood Film Scoring community and tutors who teach at the Film Scoring Programmes at both the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and the University of Southern California (USC), while the MA’s “Major Project” is supervised by tutors from the world renowned Trinity College, Dublin.
